Terms of Service

By shopping at seenzoned.shop you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we're not trying to trick you.

1. The basics

Seen Zoned sells statement apparel. You must be at least 18 to order. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and the payment method is yours.

2. Products & made to order

Everything is printed to order by our print partner once you buy. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the finished garment, and fit is unisex and relaxed (see the sizing notes on the site). Lines are meant as humor; wear responsibly.

3. Prices & payment

Prices display in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD), according to your selected shopping country. Prices may change without notice. Your order total, currency and any applicable taxes or shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. We don't store your card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order (and refund you) if there's an obvious error, suspected fraud, or a stock/printing issue. You'll get an email if that happens.

5. Shipping

Free standard shipping to Canada and the United States. Every item is printed to order. Allow about 24 hours for order approval before production. Canada: allow 2–7 business days to print, then 10–30 business days for shipping. US: about 2–4 business days to print, then 3–5 business days for shipping. Some orders may arrive sooner depending on where they are printed. Canadian printing is not guaranteed. Estimates vary by product and destination; holidays and customs can add time. Any import charges assessed by the carrier or customs are the recipient's responsibility. Tracking hits your inbox.

6. Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Email hello@seenzoned.shop with your order number before mailing anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct address.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour? Items must be unworn and unwashed. You pay the return postage.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item? Send a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return postage if we require a return.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Intellectual property

The Seen Zoned name, logo, designs, and the lines on our products are ours. Don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, or interfere with how it works. We can suspend access if you do.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Seen Zoned isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
