Terms of Service

By shopping at seenzoned.shop you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we're not trying to trick you.

1. The basics

Seen Zoned sells statement apparel. You must be at least 18 to order. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and the payment method is yours.

2. Products & made to order

Everything is printed to order by our print partner once you buy. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the finished garment, and fit is unisex and relaxed (see the sizing notes on the site). Lines are meant as humor; wear responsibly.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. We don't store your card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order (and refund you) if there's an obvious error, suspected fraud, or a stock/printing issue. You'll get an email if that happens.

5. Shipping

Made to order, then shipped: roughly 2 to 4 business days to print and 3 to 5 to arrive, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and customs/carrier delays are out of our hands.

6. Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — whether the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, or you simply changed your mind. Email us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. For damaged or misprinted items, a quick photo helps us make it right faster.

7. Intellectual property

The Seen Zoned name, logo, designs, and the lines on our products are ours. Don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, or interfere with how it works. We can suspend access if you do.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Seen Zoned isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
