Privacy Policy
Seen Zoned ("we," "us," "our") runs the shop at seenzoned.shop. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to take your order and run the store, and we don't sell your data for a quick buck.
1. What we collect
Information you give us, like your email (if you join the list) and the name, shipping address, and contact details you enter at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number, that goes straight to our payment processor. We also automatically collect basic device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, items added to cart) through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, for analytics and advertising.
2. How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order updates, run our email list (only if you opted in), measure and improve the site and our ads, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. That's it.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted third parties to actually run the shop:
- Shopify — storefront checkout and payment processing
- Printify and its print partners — making and shipping your order
- Etsy — where we also list, if you buy there instead
- Meta Platforms and TikTok — ad measurement and targeting via their pixels
Sharing activity data with ad partners may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws. You can opt out via your browser cookie settings, your Meta Off-Facebook Activity controls, or by emailing us. We don't otherwise sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Order records are kept for accounting and tax reasons.
5. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
6. Minors
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. By using the site you confirm you're at least 18.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR, and US states like California, Colorado, and Connecticut), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll handle it.
8. Do Not Track
Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no agreed standard for it yet, so we don't currently respond to it.
9. Updates
We'll update this notice when needed and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
